We are safe and sound in Herzliya with our friends, Josh and Nicole Earl. Their children are about the same ages as our children. It is nice to relax and let go some of the tension of the last couple of days. We will stay here at least through Saturday and longer if the situation does not improve.
We're glad you're somewhere safer. Let us know if you need anything done for your return to Oregon. We'd love to bring you dinner when you get back!

Thanks also for the picture of Tiff & the kids in the "safe place" in the basement of the church. We love you guys, so glad you are out of Haifa, but also so sad about how you had to leave your friends and preschool there. Keep your chin up!
